This website is a static information site. It sets no cookies, embeds no external fonts, maps, analytics or tracking services, and contains no contact form. Personal data is processed only to the technically necessary extent described below.
3. Server log files
When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits. This typically includes:
- the IP address of the requesting device

- name and URL of the retrieved file
- the volume of data transferred and notification of successful retrieval

Processing is based on Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. Our legitimate interest lies in the technically error-free delivery, security and stability of the website. Log data is deleted after 7 days at the latest, unless it is required to investigate a specific security incident.

This website is hosted by an external service provider (host) that provides the website on its servers. In doing so, the data referred to in section 3 is processed.
This website is hosted by STRATO GmbH, Otto-Ostrowski-Straße 7, 10249 Berlin, Germany. A data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR is in place with the host.

If you contact us by e-mail (e.g. at info@metmaps.de), we process the data you provide (name, e-mail address, content of the message) solely to handle your enquiry. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR (initiation/performance of a contract) or Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (handling of general enquiries). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required to achieve the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
